What: HKC or The Hardstyle Kettlebell Instructor Certification
Workshop
· If you are interested in any of the following:
o Using Kettlebells in your own training
o Training clients or athletes with Kettlebells
o Becoming a student of Kettlebells
o Becoming a full-fledged Russian Kettlebell Instructor or RKC
· Then you MUST attend an HKC
· Space WILL be limited, so don’t procrastinate with

How Much: $499
So, what are the benefits of the HKC?
Here’s a short list. More can be found here.
· Perform, Teach and Employ Corrective Drills For:
o The Kettlebell Swing
o The Get Up
o The Goblet Squat
· The $$$ spent on the HKC (within 12 months of successful completion) will be discounted from a future Level I RKC Workshop!
o Pretty much 2 High-Level workshops in 1!
· Get to work with a Senior RKC and multiple RKC’s in the
same setting!
· Entry Level Certification to Kettlebells
o Great way to experience Hardstyle and the RKC system!
